PATCH Staff will be contacting you to complete your order and confirm contact information for the Toolkit facilitator. Once the order is processed your printed PATCH for Parents Toolkit and PATCH for Teens Toolkit will be mailed and on it's way to you!

PATCH Staff will also provide the Toolkit facilitator with a log-in for PATCH Online where they can access additional resources and support.
