PATCH for Parents

The PATCH for Parents Toolkit is intended to help community organizations, schools, health care systems, and others actively engage and educate parents, guardians, and caregivers on teen rights and responsibilities in health care settings, and help them to support young people in becoming responsible managers of their own health. The Toolkit includes a detailed guide to help facilitators integrate the information into existing programming and provides sample instructional language, activities, and resources.

Although the main component of this Toolkit is the PATCH for Parents Workshop, additional resources and materials are provided to improve implementation and reach.
