The PATCH Implementation Manual is a robust manual outlining all required and recommended aspects of implementing a PATCH Site including strategic planning, the PATCH Teen Educator Model, PATCH Workshops, and more.
All PATCH Site Coordinators and/or stakeholders attending a PATCH Site Coordinator Training as part of the Core PATCH Package are required to purchase a manual prior to training. Once the Core PATCH Package is purchased and an MOA has been signed, the PATCH Site will be approved to purchase this manual.
** Please note: If you have not been approved to implement a PATCH Site as part of the Core PATCH Package, your transaction will be declined and you will not be allowed to purchase the PATCH Implementation Manual.**
